A popular Mumbai style street food made with a tasty mash of healthy vegetables.
This dish is best served piping hot with french style bread toasted with a dollop of butter, chopped onions, cilantro and a squeeze of lemon.
Includes 2 Mini Wheat Slider Buns
- Place the container upside down under cold water for 30 seconds and empty the contents into a microwave-safe bowl.
- Toast the bread with butter in a toaster oven or skillet. Thaw the Pav Bhaji separately in the Microwave for 5 mins, stir and repeat on high for another 5 minutes until completely thawed and heated.
- Leftovers should be refrigerated and used within 3 days.
